Born and raised in Atlantic City, NJ, Bob received a BS in economics with a concentration in accounting from Villanova University in 1956. He began his accounting career with the Atlantic City firm Bradway Capaldi & Schalick in 1958, focusing on audit and taxation. Through Bob's stewardship and business acumen, the firm eventually evolved into Capaldi Reynolds & Pelosi, P.A. Under his leadership, Capaldi Reynolds & Pelosi has grown into one of the largest, most respected, and most diversified firms in southern New Jersey. Today, in addition to serving as the Firm's Chairman, Bob channels most of his energy into the areas of business planning, wealth creation, and tax consulting. His clients value his many years of business experience and extensive knowledge.

 Bob has also served many charitable and civic organizations. He is past president of the Atlantic-Cape May Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and trustee of NJSCPA. He also served as trustee for the Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation and the Atlantic City Offshore Racing Association, and as a board member and chairman of the Atlantic County Improvement Authority. (The funding and construction of the new Atlantic City Convention Center was a major accomplishment during his tenure on the board.) In 2003, Holy Spirit High School recognized Bob's achievements by inducting him into its Hall of Fame.

Frank Pelosi, CPA, CVA, MBA

Frank joined the Firm in 1971, upon graduating from Mount Saint Mary's College. In addition to his CPA, he earned an MBA from Monmouth University and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Frank also earned various certificates of educational achievement in business valuation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He serves the Firm's clients in traditional areas such as auditing, tax planning and compliance, and business consulting, and is the founding partner of the Firm's litigation support department, his area of specialty. 

As a qualified expert witness in accounting, taxation, and business valuation in New Jersey and federal courts, the legal community often calls upon Frank to testify. He also spearheads the Firm's strategic planning. In addition to his duties with the Firm, Frank has served as past president of the Atlantic-Cape May Chapter of the NJSCPA and as an adjunct faculty member at Richard Stockton College and Monmouth University.


Matthew J. Reynolds, CPA, CFP

Matt received a BS in accounting from Lehigh University in 1992. He started his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., where he concentrated on the financial services industry, focusing on banking and mutual funds. Matt joined the Firm in 1995 as a senior manager in audit practice.

 In 1998, Matt was the driving force behind the creation of CRA Financial Services, L.L.C. (visit our website at CRAFinancial.com), a related business originated to offer the Firm's existing client base a broad array of financial services. He has obtained multiple investment and insurance licenses and credentials including the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Series 7 and Series 66, life and health insurance licenses, and most significantly, the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. He currently administers the Firm's general operations and strategic planning initiatives.

 
Matt is a board and audit committee member of Cape Savings Bank and a board and finance committee member of the United Way of Atlantic County.

 

 

 


Tom Reynolds, CPA

Tom joined the Firm in 1987 after graduating from Villanova University with a BS in accounting. He serves a variety of clients in the areas of closely held businesses, pension consulting, and tax compliance.

 Instrumental in the creation of CRA Financial Services, L.L.C. (visit our website at CRAFinancial.com), Tom currently serves in the capacity of Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction for Triad Advisors, Inc., the broker dealer for CRA Financial Services, L.L.C. His multiple security licenses include the NASD Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24.

 Tom served as past president of the Villanova Jersey Shore Alumni Society and currently presides as a founding board member and finance chairman for the Alcove Center for Grieving Children.

 

 

 

 

 

Donna H. Buzby, CPA, RMA

Donna graduated from the University of Florida School of Accounting in 1979 with a BS in accounting. She joined the Firm in 1981 after working for the State of Florida Office of the Auditor General. Donna provides accounting, auditing, and tax services for a variety of businesses and non-profit organizations. She has also worked with the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy as a reviewer in its Quality Enhancement Program.

 Donna is a past board member of the United Way of Atlantic   County and past chair of its finance committee. She has also served on the administrative, finance, and endowment committees of her church.

Therese is a graduate of Immaculata   College and has practiced public accounting since 1978. She joined the Firm in 1993 after Capaldi Reynolds & Pelosi, P.A. acquired her previous firm. Therese is recognized in southern New Jersey as a tax specialist in the areas of estate and trust taxation preparation and planning.


 Lois S. Fried, CPA, CFE, CVA, ABV

Lois graduated from Brandeis   University cum laude with a BA in biology. She completed her accounting education at Stockton State College and joined the Firm in 1984. In addition to providing traditional accounting services, Lois specializes in litigation support and is qualified to testify as an expert witness in New Jersey Superior Court.

 She is active in NJSCPA and is a past president of the Atlantic-Cape May Chapter. Other volunteer positions include secretary-treasurer of the Lions Low Vision Clinic, secretary of the Zonta Club of the Atlantic City Area, past president of the Atlantic City Chapter of the Brandeis University National Women's Committee, and tutor and past president of the Literacy Volunteers of America, Cape-Atlantic.

Terri graduated from Villanova   University with a BS in accountancy and joined the Firm in 1986. She provides general accounting and tax services for a broad array of clients, specializing in closely held businesses engaged in manufacturing, medical services, and real estate. Terri has obtained applicable life and health insurance licenses in an effort to better serve her clients.

 Currently, Terri serves on the board of directors of the Atlantic-Cape May Chapter of the NJSCPA. She has served as treasurer of the Mainland Soccer Association and as a director of the Greater Atlantic City Hotel and Motel Association.

A graduate of Rider   College with a BS in commerce, Rick has been a member of the Firm since 1980. He serves on both the quality control and financial statement committees. His accounting, auditing, and tax experience specialties have benefitted distributors, non-profit organizations, and condominium associations.

 Rick is currently treasurer of Upper Township Baseball, Inc., a non-profit organization, and coaches various teams within the Little League system.

Bob graduated from Temple   University in 1963 with honors with a BS in accounting. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. In 1995, Capaldi Reynolds & Pelosi, P.A. acquired his previous firm, Robert R. Linzner & Co., which he founded. Bob focuses primarily on professional corporations and the corresponding shareholders' individual taxation.

 Bob is past president of the Atlantic-Cape May Chapter of NJSCPA and the Atlantic City Jaycees, past director of the Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce, and past chairman of the board of trustees of the Atlantic   Cape   Community College . Currently, he is vice chairman of the Atlantic County Institute of Technology Board of Education.
