Creating an account allows you to complete an application for a retirement plan valuation or a QDRO. You can respond to questions at your own pace and save a partially completed application for submission later. When you return you will be able to retrieve your saved information confidentially. Whenever there is a change in status of your request, you will receive an email. You will also have the ability to access the work product as soon as it is completed. To review the questions you will be asked after you create an account, refer to the Legacy Portal Documents.
