Donna Buzby, CPA, RMA, CGMA is a Co-Managing Partner of Capaldi Reynolds & Pelosi and is Co-Director of the firm’s Accounting and Audit Practice. In addition, she is Director of Peer Review and Quality Control. She uses her strong business and analytical capabilities to help clients reach their goals and improve their business operations. She also helps nonprofit organizations obtain and retain their nonprofit status and promote best practices for their organization.

In addition to auditing and tax work, Donna is qualified to perform Peer Reviews of other accounting firms to enable them to demonstrate adherence to AICPA and State Board of Accountancy quality standards for their audit and financial reporting practices. As Director of Quality Control at CRP, she oversees the development and monitoring of CRP’s own accounting and financial reporting quality control and efficiency processes and has achieved exemplary reports from CRP’s peer reviewers.

Donna began her career with the State of Florida, Office of the Auditor General, working on audits of school boards and prisons.

Donna was recognized as one of the Best 50 Women in Business by NJBiz Magazine in 2012, and was recognized as a Woman of Note in 2016 by the NJSCPA.
