Gabriela Lara has experience in individual federal and state tax preparation focusing on individual needs of each client to provide the best service and solutions. She has provided accounting, tax services, and business solutions for over six years to small business owners, including sole proprietors, partnerships and corporations. She is experienced in accounting system setup, bookkeeping services and review of accounting functions to improve efficiency.

Gabriela also has experience setting up new charities, preparing applications for tax exempt status, maintaining non-profit tax-exempt status, and also preparing federal and state tax returns for public charities and private foundations. She has helped many clients with their internal controls, grant compliance, and transparent financial reporting.

With regard to Auditing and Financial Reporting, Gabriela has assisted her clients for more than six years in Agreed-upon procedures, Audits, Reviews, and Compilation services. She has experience in auditing for profit and not for profit entities. She also has experience in Yellow Book and Single Audits.
