Katie L. Broughton has grown from processing QDROs and DROs to helping draft the court orders to assign a portion of a participant’s retirement plan benefit to a spouse, former spouse, child, or other dependent. On a day to day basis she assists clients in starting the process to employ the firm to draft a QDRO or DRO for them as well as helping ensure smooth operations within the Litigation Support department.
