Healthcare: Terri is frequently engaged by healthcare practices for consultation services. She has more than 30 years of consulting experience working with physician practices over a broad spectrum of specialties. Her expertise has been a key contribution for healthcare business growth including advancing start-up practices to multi-million dollar enterprises. She has authored several articles for local publications on tax and healthcare practice management issues.
Family Business: Having been raised in a family with retail business ownership, Terri has first-hand knowledge of the family dynamics, customer service, quality products, and work ethics necessary for successful family business ventures. Casinos: Terri has served as lead tax advisor for the firm’s casino clients. Services provided to such clients have included planning, tax return preparation, tax compliance, acquisition analysis, contract review, tax-credit and other consultation. Terri enjoys attending the East Coast Gaming Conference in Atlantic City to meet with industry representatives and stay in tune with initiatives.
Real estate and investment: For decades, Terri has provided consultation to investors of real estate including planning to obtain tax-advantaged return on investment. High net worth clients throughout the country rely on her advice and experience for federal and various states’ tax matters relating to real estate and investment transactions, entity structure and tax compliance.
Distributors: In recent years, Terri has worked closely with national distribution companies in providing a vast array of tax and consulting services. Included in her client company’s experiences is more than quadruple sales growth in as many years, combined with increased profitability. Tax compliance, finance reporting, acquisition and exit strategy, and management consultation are common services that Terri provides to her clients.
Retirement plans: For many years, Terri has been providing and supervising both audit and tax services for employer retirement plans. Her experience and advice in this area is invaluable to her clients. It’s especially important to engage an experienced professional with regard to these services since it is an area where non-compliance can result in significant penalties to plan sponsors.
