I have an extensive background in both the medical profession and the building contractor environments. This background includes that of closely held business working in both the union and non-union environments and encompassing many different medical specialties and urgent cares.

Within this background, I’ve been intimately involved in the creation of and disposition of multiple urgent care centers and practices over the past few years. I’ve also assisted our clients with the customary tax, financial planning and financial statement planning engagements as well as with negotiations with their insurance carriers for provider fee reimbursements, shopping and fulfillment of their medical malpractice insurance needs, family succession planning strategies and the hiring of key employees within their organizations.
